Regarding sheet metal machinery we offer a comprehensive line of fixed and variable angle sheet metal notchers. Our notching machine has a patented notcher (shear) head that extends blade life and is less likely to move sheet during notching process. This quality sheet metal fabrication equipment can be ordered with the sheet metal punch option. SIMASV sheet metal equipment is simply the best value for the investment. We also offer a patented end mill style tubing notcher (coper) that allows the user to notch up to 3' without additional tooling. The Eccentric Cut metal notcher is like having a pipe notcher and tube notcher all in one, and is powerful enough for chromolly and stainless steel notching. Most tubing notchers on the market are much 50% slower than the Eccentric Cut when it comes to tube notching and pipe notching. Our notcher is a nice complement to our tubing bender and welding positioner.
A precision metal stamping machine must be capable of tin punching using a common off the shelf sheet metal punch (punching tooling and punching die) to keep the overall costs to a minimum. Our single or multi-tool metal punching equipment fits most budgets where steel punching is required.
Our Welding positioners act as a fixed welding table or a weld turntable. The model 1800 welding positioner is a must have welding fixture.
Finally we offer a quality plate beveler for chamfering a welding joint (for seam welding) before the weld or for simply beveling an edge of plate or sheet metal. Our bevelers (bevellers) are a great welding tool for those fabricators who use a lot of metal plate or sheet metal in the production of their end products. Our beveling machine can be fitted with the pipe bevel option if desired making it great for deburring rough surfaces with a small bevel.
